Baked Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

1 Cp. Panko bread crumbs
3 tbs. butter ( approximate)
1/2 cup butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 flour
3.5 cups whole milk
pinch cayenne pepper ( your choice or you can use a dabble of Worchester sauce )
1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
4 cups cooked macaroni

pre cook oven until reaches 400*

in medium sauce pan
melt slowly

1/2 stick butter (melt)
add 1/4 cup flour ( sprinkle in )
stir till thickened...wont take long.. this is called a rue

add slowly and stir well  , 1 cup at a time 3.5 cups of milk...whole milk works nicer...creamer but not necessary

add 1/2 tsps. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, pinch Cayenne pepper

stir until completely
warm, add 1/2 cup parmesan (grated) cheese
                               1/3 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
                               1/2 tsp. lemon juice
stir and add
                              
4 cups cooked till macaroni  pour into oblong pan, if using glass decrease temp by 25*
or you can use any baking dish that this will fit into... I would put a cookie sheet under the dish just in case it runs over....

...adorn with the melted butter and panko crumbs

bake at 400* for about 20 minutes....more or less....or until bubbly and brown....

let cool for a few and serve...wa la...easy peasy...you can tweak this with any of your ideas ...This is a basic mac and chees recipe...
